Great Place to Work® Institute lists Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe (FSEU) as one of the „100 best workplaces in Germany“

Langen, Germany – March 22, 2012 – The Great Place to Work® Institute has recognised Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe (FSEU) in its annual listing of the „100 best workplaces in Germany“. This further strengthens FSEU“s long standing reputation for being among the top European businesses to work for, as demonstrated by previous accolades from „Top Job“, „Top Employer Engineering“ and „Top Employer Automotive“. FSEU received the highest score of all electronics companies with between 50-500 employees included in the top 100, and was ranked 19th overall.

Recipe for success: high-tech and corporate culture
Almost 400 employees across eight different sites in Europe are living proof that the field of modern technology can deliver a motivating and enjoyable work experience. „Being able to develop the next generation of automotive technology is definitely something you can be proud of.“ says Dr. Martin Oberkönig, Design Engineer at FSEU.

Great products are not the only reason for FSEU“s success in the rankings. „Our employees often point out how unique our corporate culture is. There is a great sense of camaraderie amongst the team and staff often comments that their colleagues are more like an extended family than merely people they work with,“ added HR Associate Sonja Morrison.

„This award demonstrates the high level of employee satisfaction across the Fujitsu Semiconductor“s European business, giving us full confidence that our team is prepared to tackle all business challenges ahead,“ concluded Axel Tripkewitz, Senior Director HR and Business Support Services at FSEU.
